- Lead the design vision for brand identity and campaign systems across multiple platforms including print, digital, film, social media, Out of Home (OOH), experiential, and packaging.
 - Direct the creative development of global campaigns that honor Tiffany & Co.’s heritage while introducing innovative design solutions.
 - Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
 - Collaborate with studio and production teams to ensure flawless execution of global assets and media placements.
 - Develop campaign toolkits and visual guidelines to empower global markets while maintaining centralized brand standards.
 - Translate strategic business priorities into compelling design concepts that inspire and deliver measurable impact.
 - Integrate design into every campaign and brand touchpoint through collaboration with adjacent teams.
 - Champion storytelling through design, leveraging archival inspirations and iconic brand elements.
 - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard.
 - Take full ownership of responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
 
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
 - Minimum 5-10+ years of design leadership experience in advertising and luxury brands.
 - Proven track record of delivering top-class work and industry-leading campaigns.
 - Ability to understand business priorities and conceptualize with a long-term vision.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
 - Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is advantageous.
 - Proficiency in creating cohesive and visually compelling presentations using Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
 - Exceptional eye for typography and layout.
 
Minimum 10 years of design leadership experience in advertising and luxury brands.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
The hiring range for this position is $165,495-$233,640, with eligibility for a management bonus.
