1. Oversee and maintain comprehensive artwork inventory.
2. Update and maintain accurate records of artwork locations.
3. Coordinate and manage logistics for artwork shipments.
4. Create and maintain installation documentation and diagrams.
5. Partner with storage and shipping vendors for inventory and logistics management.
6. Maintain financial records and assist with insurance assessments.

1. Previous experience in artwork inventory management.
2. Knowledge of domestic and international art shipping and logistics.
3. Basic knowledge of artwork handling and installation methods.
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency in organization and information accuracy.
2. Proactive and collaborative approach.
3. Experience with Photoshop and CAD preferred.
4. Ability to work with architecture elevations/plans.

Minimum of 3 years in artwork inventory management or related field.

The target hourly rate for this position is $36-$41 per hour.
