- Accurately process and update service orders, ensuring adherence to service delivery standards.
- Manage parts inventory, including cycle counts and ordering, while maintaining accuracy.
- Complete technical processes such as machine engraving, embossing, watch battery replacement, and bead stringing, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
- Act as a liaison to craftspeople, troubleshooting service issues and responding to internal client inquiries.
- Collaborate with management on projects as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- 2 years experience in an administrative business or technical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Technical proficiency in machine engraving and embossing preferred
- Inventory management skills
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant administrative or technical role.
High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
