1. Accurately process and update service orders, ensuring adherence to service delivery standards.
2. Manage parts inventory, including cycle counts and ordering, while maintaining accuracy.
3. Complete technical processes such as machine engraving, embossing, watch battery replacement, and bead stringing, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
4. Act as a liaison to craftspeople, troubleshooting service issues and responding to internal client inquiries.
5. Collaborate with management on projects as needed.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
4. 2 years experience in an administrative business or technical environment

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Technical proficiency in machine engraving and embossing preferred
5. Inventory management skills

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant administrative or technical role.

High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
