1. Process and update service orders accurately, ensuring daily service levels are met.
2. Maintain security and stage service orders for departmental movement.
3. Act as a liaison for internal clients, addressing servicing inquiries.
4. Manage Landmark parts inventory, including ordering and cycle counts.
5. Provide machine engraving and embossing services for products and packaging.
6. Troubleshoot service issues and assist in responding to client inquiries.
7. Collaborate with management on projects as needed.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. 2 years of experience in an administrative business or technical environment

1. Strong verbal and written communication
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
3. Experience in machine engraving and/or embossing is preferred
4. Familiarity with graphic programs is advantageous
5. Knowledge of inventory management is beneficial

A minimum of 2 years in an administrative business or technical environment is required.

High School diploma or equivalent is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $29 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
