1. Create new product samples, ensuring design manufacturability and product integrity.
2. Translate complex design concepts from CAD into tangible products.
3. Perform tasks such as cast cleaning, laser welding, soldering, and setting techniques.
4. Collaborate with the NPI team on process development and work instructions.
5. Mentor less experienced craftspeople and participate in bench testing assessments.

1. 3-5 years of jewelry bench experience in setting, assembling, and polishing.
2. Experience with nonfunctional jewelry, gemstones, and precision techniques.
3. Knowledge of jewelry construction, tools, and precious metal properties.

1. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
2. Ability to read and interpret design renderings and CAD drawings.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in intermediate math and computer applications.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in jewelry crafting, including setting, assembling, and polishing.
