1. Collaborate with project managers to prepare early-stage project estimates for investment expenditure requests.
2. Maintain and update the cost database to identify cost deviations from approved budgets.
3. Conduct regular budget analyses throughout the project lifecycle to provide accurate financial reports.
4. Manage cost control aspects for construction projects and provide KPI analysis reports.
5. Review and enforce financial clauses in contractor and consultant contracts.
6. Coordinate with finance teams to provide updates on cash flow estimates and supplier payments.
7. Lead the reconciliation process for tenant and department store allocations.
8. Train and oversee external quantity surveyors to ensure compliance with internal methodologies.
9. Participate in risk assessment processes for procurement activities within store development.
10. Ensure compliance with invoice monitoring procedures and assist local accounting teams.
11. Coordinate monthly updates on project costs and areas for Store Planning reports.
12. Support maintenance budget consolidation and provide cost benchmarking assistance.
13. Monitor team travel expenses budget.

1. Degree in Construction Management and Accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects.
3. Experience in the retail sector.
4. Advanced knowledge of project life cycles and construction costs.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
6. Basic knowledge of Esker, Unifier, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
7. Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD for plan consultation and measurement verification.
8. Strong communication and analytical skills.
