1. Coordinate logistics and provide shipping guidance for global Creative Visual Merchandising (CVM) programs.
2. Maintain delivery trackers and escalate delays as necessary.
3. Collaborate with regions, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues.
4. Support documentation and reporting for project execution.

1. 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, operations, or related fields.
2. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of shipping, customs processes, and delivery tracking.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard reporting.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
3. Experience with Power BI dashboard and reporting.
4. Familiarity with SAP logistics tracking system or similar ERP systems.
5. Comfortable with vendor portals and online tracking tools.
6. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Minimum of 3 years in logistics coordination, supply chain, operations, or related fields.

The target hourly rate for this position is $40/hr.
