1. Support the Retail Director in driving brand desirability, sales growth, client acquisition, and retention.
2. Develop and implement the Philippines Communication strategy, including Media and Public Relations.
3. Adapt and develop specific communication strategies for the market under global and regional guidance.
4. Lead and execute the media advertising strategy for the Philippines.
5. Manage and execute PR strategy development and campaign implementation.
6. Ensure fiscal accountability for the Communications budget.
7. Collaborate with Regional Communications and local sales team to implement the Communications plan.
8. Embody and promote the values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations.

1. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in media and public relations strategy development.
4. Budget management expertise.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and local teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably within the luxury sector.
