1. Participate in project review and technology support meetings.
2. Engage in incident and problem review opportunities.
3. Update technology standards and documentation.
4. Assist with cloud modernization and FinOps initiatives.
5. Manage public cloud inventory and update ServiceNow CMDB configuration items.
6. Perform database inventory and classification reviews.
7. Contribute to asset inventory reconciliation.
8. Participate in IT project review meetings and incident response activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on computer science or information technology.

4. Analytical skills

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of IT operations is beneficial.

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

$25 per hour
