1. Assist in the development and implementation of tools to enhance data capture for top clients, including VVICs and VICs.
2. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client portfolios to support key client relationships.
3. Support regional clusters with client gifting needs and establish a tracking system for gifting activities in the EMEA region.
4. Assist in the creation and execution of personalized client experiences.
5. Provide administrative and on-site support during client events, including RSVP management, appointment scheduling, and preparation of welcome packs.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Experience with CRM systems and clienteling profiles.
3. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
5. Passion for and creativity in building client relationships.
6. Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multitask.
