Tiffany & Co. Client Relations & Events Intern

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client-facing and internal events.
- Assist in developing and delivering monthly client engagement moments to strengthen client relationships.
- Manage event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, calendars, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Client Relations and Events teams to ensure experiences align with brand standards and business objectives.
- Assist with client communications, outreach initiatives, and engagement tracking.
- Maintain client lists, reports, and event recap documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for client relations initiatives and programs.
- Ensure a seamless, elevated client experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal partners including Client Experience, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Support coordination with Global and Americas partners for events or client initiatives.
- Assist with cross-team alignment to ensure consistency in messaging, execution, and brand experience.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with team members, leaders, and partners.
- Represent the Client Relations & Events team with a service-oriented, polished, and people-first mindset.
- Support on-site event execution, including guest support and team coordination.
- Strong interest in client relations, events, hospitality, marketing, or luxury brand experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; familiarity with CRM or event tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive, professional attitude.
Beginner
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
The internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry, working closely with seasoned professionals and contributing to high-profile events.
