1. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client-facing and internal events.
2. Assist in developing and delivering monthly client engagement moments to strengthen client relationships.
3. Manage event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, calendars, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
4. Collaborate with Client Relations and Events teams to ensure experiences align with brand standards and business objectives.
5. Assist with client communications, outreach initiatives, and engagement tracking.
6. Maintain client lists, reports, and event recap documentation.
7. Provide administrative and coordination support for client relations initiatives and programs.
8. Ensure a seamless, elevated client experience across all touchpoints.
9. Collaborate with internal partners including Client Experience, Operations, and Commercial teams.
10. Support coordination with Global and Americas partners for events or client initiatives.
11. Assist with cross-team alignment to ensure consistency in messaging, execution, and brand experience.
12. Communicate professionally and clearly with team members, leaders, and partners.
13. Represent the Client Relations & Events team with a service-oriented, polished, and people-first mindset.
14. Support on-site event execution, including guest support and team coordination.

1. Strong interest in client relations, events, hospitality, marketing, or luxury brand experience.

1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; familiarity with CRM or event tools is a plus.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive, professional attitude.

Beginner

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
