- Set and monitor clienteling goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with market activities.
- Identify high-potential clients and maximize opportunities for special events.
- Leverage multi-channel communications to increase store traffic.
- Ensure compliance with Korea's data privacy laws and manage customer data capture.
- Partner with various teams to manage client correspondence and communication.
- 10+ years of experience in client engagement, CRM, or clienteling within luxury retail or hospitality.
- Proven ability to conduct high-level customer analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong communication skills with management and retail staff.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills in a team environment.
- Agility and entrepreneurial spirit to find innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English and Korean, both written and verbal.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the luxury retail market and clienteling practices.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 10 years in client engagement, CRM, or clienteling within luxury retail or hospitality is required.
