Tiffany & Co. Client Development Director

- Develop and implement a client development strategy utilizing data insights and feedback from client development experts, regional vice presidents, and stores.
- Formulate strategies to enhance Fine Jewelry development, focusing on high-value clients, lapsed clients, and new client engagement.
- Collaborate with store leadership teams to elevate client experiences through coaching, enhanced selling behaviors, and client portfolio management.
- Create and monitor action plans for high-value client development with store leadership teams.
- Map client journeys by segment to establish a long-term client development strategy.
- Partner with Learning and Development and Merchandising teams to identify training opportunities and develop selling ceremonies and client outreach initiatives.
- Identify client development opportunities and collaborate with functional teams to create appropriate solutions and experiences.
- Work with the CRD to identify clients for high-profile and regional/local events.
- Manage the budget and execution for new high-value client acquisition.
- Explore new opportunities to drive retail priorities and support product launches to maximize ROI.
- Strengthen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and foster lifetime loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Inspire and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Monitor competitive activity and develop response strategies.
- 10+ years of event management experience
- Proven creativity with a high taste level
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Previous experience in client relations or client-facing roles
- Strategic thinking and execution

- Excellent communication and presentation
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
A college or university degree is desired.
