- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships to deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused environment.
A college/university degree is preferred.
