1. Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
4. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
5. Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
6. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
7. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
4. Knowledge of gemology or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused environment.

A college/university degree is preferred.
