- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Russian.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Italian, English, and Russian.
- Competence in using client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
