1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency in client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Fluency in Italian, English, and Russian.

3. Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages, including Italian, English, and Russian.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
