1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.
2. Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in Canada.

4. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.

A college/university degree is preferred.
