- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring a memorable and extraordinary experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Innovate to enhance client experiences and drive business through key product pillars.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, leveraging client feedback to elevate service.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in every interaction.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Connect with clients to offer personalized styling advice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.
A college/university degree is preferred.
