- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences.
- Deliver elevated client experiences through key product pillars.
- Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Enhance in-store experiences by creating memorable moments.
- Demonstrate brand passion and personal touch during selling ceremonies.
- Leverage client feedback to improve in-store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique client experiences.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to offer styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred.
