- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to deepen relationships and drive loyalty.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
A college/university degree is desired.
