- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
- Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance the client experience.
- Drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate in-store experiences by creating memorable moments for clients.
- Demonstrate brand passion during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Connect with clients to provide personalized styling advice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Sales and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a similar client-focused environment is required.
A college/university degree is desirable.
The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
Eligible for sales commission and other benefits as part of the employment package.
