1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language as a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
