- Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, ensuring each experience is extraordinary.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Capture and utilize client data to enhance customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in every client interaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language as a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
