1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3. Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
5. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
6. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing the overall client experience.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or a related client-facing role.

A college or university degree is preferred.
