- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during every client interaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology or previous coursework at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail or luxury retail environment, or a related client-facing role.
A college or university degree is preferred.
