- Cultivate strong customer relationships by executing the Tiffany Touch and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate customers with personalized interactions to achieve a high client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team in achieving sales initiatives and efforts.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
