- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
- Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to elevate client experiences and grow business through key product pillars.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate brand passion during every selling ceremony.
- Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to clienteling.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences consistently.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred.
