1. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-centric environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and working towards KPIs.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
