- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver an elevated, positive, and high-energy client experience aligned with Tiffany's core brand values across phone, email, and live messaging channels.
- Consistently provide luxury experiences to resolve client matters effectively and empathetically.
- Escalate issues with urgency to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
- Initiate proactive and relevant product recommendations for clients.
- Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
- Build personal connections with clients and collect relevant information to support long-term relationship building.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.
- Communicate with passion and authenticity using elevated verbal and written language.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a contact center or retail environment.
$23 per hour plus commissions
