2. Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding commercial targets through entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Foster a clienteling culture and encourage client development to grow outreach business.
5. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
6. Capture and cultivate client data, driving business through repeat client engagements.
7. Identify innovative ways to enhance client experiences and grow business.
8. Deliver memorable in-store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for bonus and sales incentives.

Retail management positions are eligible for bonus and sales incentives.
