- Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding sales targets through entrepreneurial efforts.
- Foster a clienteling culture, encouraging client development and outreach.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow the business.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
- Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador qualities during every client interaction.
- Leverage client feedback to continuously improve in-store experiences.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Assist clients in styling by connecting with their wardrobe needs.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred.
Pay range: $20.40 - $24.00 per hour.
