- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to build relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and grow business.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
- Utilize client feedback to elevate in-store experiences and optimize hospitality.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or a related client-focused field.
A college or university degree is preferred.
