- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, utilizing personal flair to make each experience extraordinary.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets through building personal business.
- Foster a clienteling culture, encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and reinforcing client development to grow outreach business.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver elevated client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields.
A college/university degree is preferred.
