1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
3. Ability to connect effectively with clients.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.

3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.

A college or university degree is preferred.
