- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Promote a clienteling culture, encouraging client development and outreach.
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships and drive repeat business.
- Identify innovative strategies to elevate client experiences and grow the business.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Utilize client feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience.
- Connect with clients to provide personalized styling advice.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect effectively with clients.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong brand ambassadorship and clienteling abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-facing role.
A college or university degree is preferred.
