1. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data effectively.
4. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
5. Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
6. Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
7. Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
8. Respond to client feedback and take action to improve the client experience.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

4. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 – $27.03 per hour, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
