1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spending.

1. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
5. Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
