1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increased spending.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
4. Deliver significant sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
5. Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
6. Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and personal touch during sales interactions.
7. Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique client experiences.

1. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
