- Develop and maintain client relationships, exceeding sales targets through a personalized approach.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to build new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and clienteling skills.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a relevant client-related field such as hospitality is required.
A college or university degree is desired.
