5. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

9. Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during all client interactions.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or related client-facing roles.
2. Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
5. Authorization to work in Canada.

1. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role.

A college or university degree is preferred.
