1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related fields.
2. Experienced in sales and clienteling within an omnichannel luxury environment.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating diverse client relationships.
4. Passion for luxury retail; expertise in jewelry or watches is advantageous.
5. Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette.
3. Proficient in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
4. Digitally-savvy with omnichannel tools.
5. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or a client-related field such as hospitality.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
