- Deliver exceptional service and uphold luxury etiquette standards.
- Exceed sales objectives and KPIs through an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related fields.
- Proven sales and clienteling expertise in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and cultivating diverse client relationships.
- Passion for luxury retail; jewelry or watch expertise is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette.
- Experience in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable with omnichannel tools.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related field such as hospitality.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
