- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed commercial targets and drive business growth.
- Foster a clienteling culture, encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and client development.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships, capturing client data to drive loyalty and spend.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and innovative client experiences.
- Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Execute best practices to elevate client experiences, leveraging client feedback and NPS performance.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to business development.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused field.
A college or university degree is preferred.
