- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating brand passion.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on client feedback.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong brand ambassador capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to client engagement.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service and experience.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
