1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong brand ambassador capabilities.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales.
4. Multilingual proficiency in Dutch, English, and French is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
