- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship management.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Execute best practices in client experience as per the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong brand ambassador capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales.
- Multilingual proficiency in Dutch, English, and French is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
