- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to enhance relationships.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Identify innovative ways to grow the business through elevated client experiences.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client development.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred.
