- Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and entrepreneurial spirit to enhance client development.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and cultivate client data to drive repeat business.
- Deliver elevated client experiences and identify innovative business growth opportunities.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in Tiffany's Client Experience Behaviors and leverage client feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality is required.
A college or university degree is preferred.
