- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship-building efforts.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in Tiffany's offerings.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback and optimize the client experience based on TEI program insights.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Dutch, English, and French, is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-focused environment is required.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
