1. Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
2. Collaborate with the Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
3. Implement and oversee security systems and procedures, including daily inspections, equipment checks, and alarm tests.
4. Conduct operations tasks such as opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
5. Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to achieve sales targets.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience, fostering client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
7. Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
8. Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, responding to client feedback.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic computer proficiency.
3. Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, preferably in a retail or security environment. Prior experience in a security-related position is advantageous.
