1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
2. Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
3. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and equipment tests.
4. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
5. Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, fostering long-term dedication and spend.
7. Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
8. Consistently elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
9. Implement standard processes based on client feedback and NPS scores.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Basic computer proficiency.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
