1. Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
2. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
3. Implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
4. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
5. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with the store team.
6. Serve as a Tiffany ambassador, enhancing the client experience and supporting the store in achieving sales targets.
7. Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during customer interactions.
8. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences and act on NPS scores and feedback.

1. High School Graduate
2. Authorization to work in the United States

1. Basic computer skills
2. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum of 3 years, with at least 1 year in a security-related position. Experience in a retail/security environment is preferred.
