- Deliver an elevated, positive, and high-energy client experience across phone, email, and live chat channels, aligned with Tiffany's core brand values and integrity.
- Consistently provide luxury service to resolve client issues effectively and empathetically.
- Diligently escalate issues to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution.
- Initiate proactive and relevant product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge to drive conversion and satisfaction.
- Foster personal connections with clients and collect information to support long-term relationship building.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and processes at all times.
- Communicate with passion and authenticity, utilizing elevated verbal and written language.
- Meet and exceed client service and commercial sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury client service within retail, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong computer proficiency with experience on multiple software platforms.
- Ability to multitask, handling phone, email, and live chat communications.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury client service, preferably within retail, travel, or hospitality sectors.
