1. Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Cultivate client relationships to drive sales and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
3. Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional client service.
4. Recruit, train, and retain top talent to maintain a high-performance team.
5. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
