1. Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Cultivate client relationships to drive business growth and enhance brand loyalty.
3. Ensure exceptional client service and deliver the Tiffany Touch at every client interaction.
4. Recruit, train, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance team.
5. Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.
6. Act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager, maintaining a dynamic and inspiring presence.

1. Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail management or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven success in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
4. Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail management or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
