1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Cultivate client relationships and drive client development activities to expand the customer base.
3. Provide exceptional client service and ensure the Tiffany client experience is delivered consistently.
4. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
5. Oversee operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while enhancing brand recognition.
4. Fluency in Turkish and English is required; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or a related client-focused field.

A college or university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
